The first horizon is twelve locally accountable physical anchors. Over time, each may bring together regenerative land practice, responsible energy and water systems, healing and education, community participation, and appropriate technology. The purpose is not escape or isolation. It is to learn, in real places, how interdependence can work.

Physical anchors are envisioned as places for learning, gathering, mutual support, regenerative land care, and community life shaped by local knowledge and accountable governance.
