This policy is tailored to the current website build. The operating legal entity, address, governing law, service providers, and dedicated contact details must be confirmed in site-config.js before public data collection or paid enrollment begins.
1. Educational and experiential work
Rainbow Sanctuary offers learning, reflection, guided practices, group experiences, and wellbeing support. Language such as healing, energy, intuitive perception, regeneration, or transformation describes the framework and participant experience; it is not a clinical claim.
2. Not medical or mental-health care
The website and programs do not diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat disease, injury, trauma, psychiatric conditions, learning differences, or developmental conditions. They do not replace a doctor, licensed mental-health professional, emergency service, educator, or other appropriately qualified practitioner.
Do not stop or change medication, treatment, therapy, dietary restrictions, or professional support because of website content or a program without consulting the relevant qualified professional.
3. Not an emergency service
Rainbow Sanctuary does not provide crisis or emergency response through this website or consultation form. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the local emergency number or an appropriate crisis service where you are. Do not wait for a reply from this site.
4. Informed participation
Practices may involve emotion, reflection, movement, breath, meditation, group sharing, time outdoors, or other activities described before enrollment. Ask questions, share relevant access needs through the appropriate private process, and choose your level of participation. You may pause or decline an activity, subject to any essential safety rules.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Experiences and testimonials are individual. Outcomes depend on many factors outside Rainbow Sanctuary’s control. We do not guarantee health improvement, emotional change, spiritual experience, relationship change, income, employment, certification recognition, or any other result.
6. Practitioner and certification boundaries
Training does not authorize diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or use of a regulated title unless a participant separately holds the qualifications and permissions required in their jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for insurance, local law, supervision, referrals, safeguarding, and working within competence.
7. Children and family programs
Children’s programs are strengths-based educational experiences, not clinical assessment or treatment. A parent or legal guardian remains responsible for appropriate professional care and must follow the confirmed safeguarding and participation process. See Children & Family Safeguarding.
8. Plant-medicine events
Some separately identified adult retreats may include ceremonial plant-medicine practices. These experiences can involve intense psychological, emotional, and physical effects and may interact dangerously with certain medicines, health conditions, substances, or personal histories. They are not medical or mental-health treatment and are not suitable for everyone.
Participation is subject to the law of the event location, adult eligibility, confidential health and medication screening, informed consent, facilitator approval, contraindication and exclusion criteria, and the final emergency and safeguarding protocol. A website enquiry or payment does not by itself confirm acceptance, suitability, or medical clearance.
Participants must answer screening questions honestly and must not stop or change prescribed medication in order to attend without advice from the relevant qualified clinician. Final venue, authorized provision, facilitator credentials, insurance, transport and escalation arrangements, cancellation terms, and integration support must be confirmed in writing before participation.
