This policy is tailored to the current website build. The operating legal entity, address, governing law, service providers, and dedicated contact details must be confirmed in site-config.js before public data collection or paid enrollment begins.
1. Using this website
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You must be legally able to enter an agreement in your location. This website is intended for adults; a parent or legal guardian must handle any enquiry or booking involving a child.
2. Programs, bookings, prices, and cancellations
Website descriptions are invitations to enquire, not guaranteed offers or confirmed places. Dates, location, format, facilitator, prerequisites, inclusions, price, taxes, payment schedule, cancellation rights, refunds, transfers, and minimum attendance will be confirmed in writing before payment.
No price displayed as “coming soon” is an offer. A booking becomes binding only when Rainbow Sanctuary accepts it under the program-specific terms. If program-specific terms conflict with this page, the more specific terms govern that booking.
The final cancellation and refund schedule must be approved before checkout is activated, including rules for operator cancellation, participant cancellation, deposits, force majeure, travel costs, and any mandatory consumer cancellation rights.
3. Wellbeing and educational scope
Programs are educational, experiential, and wellbeing-oriented. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, emergency support, or a substitute for appropriately qualified health or mental-health professionals. Results vary and no cure, outcome, income, spiritual attainment, or professional status is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for deciding whether participation is suitable, disclosing relevant access or safety needs through an appropriate private channel, following reasonable safety guidance, and seeking professional advice where needed. See the Wellbeing Disclaimer.
4. Children and families
A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation, provide required information, and follow the confirmed supervision, collection, emergency-contact, health, and safeguarding arrangements. A child’s willingness and age-appropriate assent matter even when an adult has consented. See Children & Family Safeguarding.
5. Training and certification
A certificate, where expressly offered, records completion of the stated Rainbow Sanctuary requirements. It does not by itself confer a government license, academic degree, regulated professional title, insurance eligibility, or permission to diagnose or treat. Assessment, practicum, attendance, ethics, scope, recognition, and renewal requirements must be confirmed on the specific program page and enrollment agreement.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Unless stated otherwise, site text, program materials, graphics, and branding belong to Rainbow Sanctuary or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce courses, publish restricted materials, train an AI system on protected program content, remove notices, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, introduce harmful code, scrape at scale, or use the site unlawfully.
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their services and policies are controlled by their operators.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but content may be incomplete, updated, or temporarily unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused solely by use of this informational website.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Governing law and disputes
The operating entity, governing law, courts or dispute forum, complaint route, and any required consumer-dispute wording must be inserted before paid enrollment begins. Until then, these prototype terms do not select a jurisdiction or waive rights that apply mandatorily where you live.
9. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms can be sent to the legal contact listed before launch. We may update these terms when the site or services change; the date above identifies the current version.
