A clear place to begin, before you decide.

This weekly offering is a voluntary spiritual wellbeing practice for autistic people and their families. It is held remotely, with guided audio, focused intention, and an overnight practice at the published time. It is not a live Zoom session, and there is nothing a child needs to perform or achieve.

Each family chooses whether this feels appropriate. You do not need to accept a particular belief in order to ask questions, learn about the format, or decide not to participate.

You can also learn about Stephanie and Rainbow Sanctuary. Continue below for practical questions, then choose a weekly practice date when you feel ready.

Practical questions

Understand the format in your own time.

What happens during the weekly practice?

At the published time, the team holds the remote practice using the framework described above. Families prepare a quiet, familiar environment and may use the guided audio. There is no live call to join and no attendance requirement.

Will there be a Zoom call for parents?

We are preparing a short parents-only introduction and Q&A with Stephanie for people who want to understand Rainbow Sanctuary, the intention of this offering, and its practical format before registering. Its date and access details will be published separately. It is an introduction for parents, not the weekly practice itself.

What should we prepare?

Please make the child’s space restful and familiar at the corresponding local time. For children, the suggested preparation is to be settled for sleep by 10:00 PM Beijing time where practical for your family. The confirmation email includes the selected date and practical details.

What information do you collect, and why?

A parent or guardian provides a recent photo, the participant’s name, age, country, and consent so the team can add the participant to the weekly list. The information is handled privately for registration; please do not send medical records, diagnoses, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Can this replace medical or therapeutic care?

No. This is a spiritual wellbeing practice, not clinical care. Please continue to use any healthcare, therapeutic, educational, or emergency support that your family needs. For an immediate safety concern, contact your local emergency or crisis service.

The practice framework

A held field for rest, rhythm, and family support.

Rainbow Sanctuary’s Higher-Dimensional Hospital is a spiritual and consciousness-based framework held by Stephanie and the team. Through guided audio, focused intention, and an overnight energetic practice, participants are welcomed into a dedicated space for rest, support, and integration.

Each family remains at the centre of their own preparation. Individual experiences differ, and the practice is held with consent, quiet familiarity, and respect for every participant’s unique rhythm.

Choose a weekly date

Choose a weekly practice date when you are ready.

Choose a highlighted Tuesday, then register the participant with a recent photo, full name, age, and country. Registration adds them to the weekly list; there is no Zoom link or live attendance requirement.

How it works

Participation is free. Support is optional.

1. Register

A parent or guardian shares the participant’s recent photo, full name, age, and country. A completed form adds them to the weekly participation list.

2. Prepare

The family receives a confirmation by email. There is no Zoom session or requirement to attend live; the weekly practice is held every Tuesday at 11:00 PM Beijing time.

3. Rest and reflect

At the corresponding local time, make space for rest and familiarity. Families may share observations about sleep, mood, daily rhythms, or connection after the practice if they wish. Optional contributions help keep this free pathway open.

Urgent support: For immediate safety concerns, contact local emergency or crisis support now.
