Level I themes

## From curiosity to a steady, shared practice.

Children develop language for what they notice, while guardians remain part of a practical, age-appropriate support circle.

### Inner-screen practice

Notice attention, imagination, sensations, and inner imagery without needing to judge or fix them.

### Discernment

Practise asking grounded questions about what is felt, imagined, observed, and still unknown.

### Intuitive object sensing

Explore simple psychometry: holding a safe everyday object and sharing impressions as personal observations, not facts about another person.

### Creative expression

Use art, reflection, movement, and story to make inner experience shareable in a child-led way.

### Living-world connection

Explore wonder, care, and close observation in relationship with nature and everyday life.

### Grounded energetic boundaries

Learn simple practices for choice, rest, personal space, and returning to the body.

### Family integration

Bring simple language and optional home practices into daily family life.

Progression is personal

## Completion of the Foundation does not automatically enrol a child in Level I.

After the Foundation, a guardian conversation and Stephanie or the team’s readiness recommendation help determine whether Level I, a later cohort, or another form of support is the right next step. Structured observation is never a public test, ranking, or promise of a particular result.

The Academy is educational and experiential spiritual-wellbeing work. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace qualified health, mental-health, or educational care.
